A popular Japanese comment forum discussed that the first Blu-ray compilation package of the animated manga adaptation Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san (Don't play with me, Miss Nagatoro), underperformed in sales, possibly having less than 1,000 units sold as they failed to qualify in the latest ranking of Oricon. However, an official number is expected in the coming days.

This first Blu-ray package was released in Japan on May 26th and contains the first through third episodes of this adaptation. The package costs 9,350 yen (about $ 90) and includes some character songs and an artwork booklet as perks.

The series has been on the air since last April 10 and will be confirmed with a total of twelve episodes while the platform Crispy roll takes care of sales in the west. On the other hand, Nanashi publishes the manga through the service Magazine pouch from the publisher Kodansha since November 2017. The publisher published the tenth volume of compilation on March 9th.

Summary of Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san

High school student Hayase Nagatoro loves to spend her free time doing one thing and that is teasing her senpai! After Nagatoro and his friends stumble upon the aspiring artist's drawings, they enjoy mercilessly teasing the shy Senpai. Nagatoro decides to continue his cruel game and visits him daily so that he can force Senpai to do whatever interests him, especially if he feels uncomfortable.

Slightly interested in Nagatoro and somewhat fearful of her, Senpai is constantly involved in her antics as her interests, hobbies, looks, and even personality are used against her while she is entertaining herself at his expense. Over time, Senpai realizes that she does not dislike Nagatoro's presence, and the two develop an uncomfortable friendship while one has to patiently endure the other's antics.
