I Stand Up For A Million Lives, Maho Films’ isekai, available from Crunchyroll Italia, has been renewed for a second season and will apparently be back in record time. The new trailer, which aired a few hours ago after the season finale of the first season, confirms that the new season starts in seven monthsin July 2021.
The series premiered in Japan on October 3 and in the West the following week. The production team had confirmed this To have finished working on the anime three months before the show beganand apparently got the green light for the second season long in advance.
I Stand Up To A Million Lives is a manga written by Naoki Yamakawa and illustrated by Akinari Nao, which is currently being serialized on Bessatsu Shonen magazine available with 11 fuel tokens. The summary is as follows: “PhD student Yusuke Yotsuya is a lonely boy who doesn’t care whether he does well in school or has friends. His only escape is through video games. One day, however, Yusuke will find himself against his will, to be transported to another world with two beautiful companions, and will have to work to save not only his life but that of millions of other people.“.
The anime was recorded mixed up, with several praises for the artistic part and some criticisms of the characters and the story, which were presented significantly less efficiently than the manga. In spite of everything, The series appears to have had some success in Japanand as a result we shall soon see her return with twelve more episodes.
