Eiichiro Oda gave the answer to this question in the SBS of volume 59 of ONE PIECE. At the time, the manga was still focused on the events of the Marineford saga and therefore Boa Hancock was 29 years old. Obviously, the woman came with the two-year time jump 31 years old. Although the age difference to Luffy is big, nothing prevents the two from doing each other see together at the end of ONE PIECE.
