In feudal Japan, the half-demon twins Towa and Setsuna are separated during a forest fire. In desperate search for her younger sister, Towa finds a mysterious tunnel that transports her to modern Japan, where she is found and taken care of by Kagome Higurashi's brother Sota and her family.

Now, along with Moroha, Inuyasha's daughter, and Kagome, the three will travel between epochs in an adventure to regain a forgotten past.
