Father’s Day was celebrated yesterday, Sunday, June 19, and many social channels expressed their wishes. The official Twitter profile of VIZ Media, distributor of several animes in the US and other countries, shared a video with Brina Palencia, voice actress of Nina Tucker Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
Nina Tucker is the daughter of one of the most hated characters in the anime world: Sho Tucker, who came to sacrifice his own daughter in the first part of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood to continue his alchemical studies on chimeras. In fact, he has fused the young woman’s soul with the body of the family dog ββAlexander, breathing life into an impure being that cannot be divided again.
VIZ Media therefore saw fit to wish fans a happy Father’s Day Brina Palencia, American voice actress of Nina Tucker in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. The girl shot a video in which she utters a phrase that sounds almost disturbing given the character and relationship with her father: “What is the best gift you can give your father to show your gratitude?“.
