A press release confirmed production of a third season for the anime adaptation of the manga, which was written and illustrated by Atsushi Ohkubo, Enen no Shouboutai (firepower) that are titled Enen no Shouboutai: San no Shou. The statement did not reveal any production details or a planned release date.
In addition, the franchise will also produce a video game for smartphones entitled “Enen no Shouboutai: Enmai no Shou (Fire Force: Flame Dance Hen)β and which will include a theme song performed by the band Ms. GREEN APPLE and titled “Forever (Enen)”.
