Evangelion: 3.0 + 1.0 is now reported missing after the postponement caused by the Coronavirus. Originally, the feature film that would bring the Neon Genesis Evangelion universe to a close was slated to screen in Japanese cinemas in June, just before the Tokyo Olympics. As we know, Coronavirus has completely disrupted plans.
A few days ago in Tokyo, however, the Japanese government raised the state of emergency and began to lay the foundations for post-Coronavirus recovery. In addition to dubbing studios that have been able to resume activities on a regular basis, cinemas also benefit from this new status. For this the arrival of the according to Evangelion: 3.0 + 1.0 teaser trailer on the official Studio Khara account had given some hope.
You will remember how the second teaser trailer of Evangelion: 3.0 + 1.0 presented us with new scenes last year and revealed the date of June 2020 as an exit. Unfortunately, this new teaser that studio Khara shared is being updated but reporting as the release date "soon". In short, it seems that the study does not want to balance itself even though the epidemic is gradually regressing. It will be up to you to wait several months before you can understand when Evangelion: 3.0 + 1.0 arrives in Japanese cinemas. In the video above you can review the teaser trailer with this addition made on the date in the final seconds. However, the film should be in the final stages of processing if not already complete.
