The final defeat of Piccolo Daimao ended the previous saga of dragon ball, restoring peace to planet earth. The deity attempts to capture Piccolo with the Mafuba but suffers a counterattack. Before being imprisoned, Dio asks Goku to defeat Piccolo, who eats the vial Dio was sealed in.
In the finale, Piccolo immediately becomes serious by enlarging his body to increase his strength, but in doing so he allows himself to be Goku extracts the container that God was sealed in. After a powerful punch that knocks Piccolo down, the protagonist lowers his guard and suffers a bloody attack: Piccolo breaks the bones of his arms and legs. However, Goku gathers the last remaining energy and manages to hit him with his head, knocking him out of the ring.
The saga of the 23rd Tenkaichi Tournament narrated from chapters 162 to 194, ending with Goku winning the competition, who decides to resume Piccolo with a senzu, rejecting God’s proposal to become his successor.
