The latest film associated with Akira Toriyama’s masterpiece, Dragon Ball Super: Brolyhas developed an entirely new style thanks to a different use of color and Naohiro Shintani’s character design. But what would the TV series look like with the latest feature film filter?
Right now we don’t know when the new Dragon Ball Super movie will be released, a project we remind you of already announced by No. 1 of the DB area and that seems to be still in pre-production, which is actually pushing its distribution out in the course of 2021. Naohiro Shintani’s experiment, originally started in 2017, was a real success, however, and fans couldn’t help but appreciate the style of DB Super: Broly.
One fan, one candle Ajay, modified it Clash between Vegeta and Hit Adding the dash, the typical lines of the film with the most vivid color palette. The result in question, which you can admire at the end of the news in the roughly minute and a half clip, gives a taste of the mix between the two different works.
And you, on the other hand, what do you think of this enthusiast’s idea, do you like it? As usual, let us know your thoughts on this with a comment in the corresponding field at the bottom of the page. Before we say goodbye, we’d like to remind you that Dragon Ball Super will be a guest at Anime Japan 2021 from March 27th, an event that could hold many surprises in store for the future of the franchise.
Applied the Broly line filter to an old U6 episode and gave it edgy colors. I’m surprised it works as well as it does, since it’s pre-compensated footage that doesn’t mean access to the raw lines. It tends to fall apart a bit at distance / when there’s an aura, but it’s nice for the most part, IMO. pic.twitter.com/64nsPHrEa4
