Dragon Ball Super: superhero is the next feature film dedicated to the saga of the seven spheres. Goku and his companions will return after the events of Broly to battle new opponents who have long remained in the shadows. It is not yet known who the enemies Gamma 1 and Gamma 2 are or how powerful they are.
However, it is now common practice for Goku to produce a new transformation in every film dedicated to Dragon Ball. It happened in the clash with Beerus, who introduced everyone to the divine Super Saiyan god, repeatedly in the film The Resurrection of ‘F’ with Super Saiyan Blue, finally with Dragon Ball Super: Broly, in which Gogeta had returned, but in Super Saiyan Blue Execution.
It is therefore legitimate to expect one new transformation of Goku in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, even if it is certainly not a matter of course. The film, the plot of which has not yet been fully revealed, will focus on very few characters, at least as the trailers suggest, and the intent may not be to bring Goku life and death into overly obvious situations like the last one few manga and anime events happened. This could then enable the Saiyan protagonist to rely on the current powers and unleash a complete Ultra Instinct in 3DCG.
However, there are possible alternatives that follow some of the most talked about transformations of recent times: a Vegetto or Gogeta in a divine version, i.e. with the Ultra Instinct or the Ultra Ego, or a Goku Super Saiyan god of the third level. Will it be the turn of one of these transformations or will we have to wait?
