Dragon Ball Super has officially introduced the powerful alien race of angels, which of course is in opposition to the demons. In analyzing the numerous details that have emerged so far in both types of creatures, we wondered whether the demons, especially those from the Demonic World, are able to withstand the angels. Let's find out.

For now the angels are considered to be the most powerful beings in the entire universewho can even teach the gods of destruction how to control their powers. In addition, these divine creatures are potentially immortal if they do not consciously violate the strict angelic sovereignty, as we have seen in relation to Merus. you innate ability to use Ultra Instinct, and even rewinding time makes them the most dangerous adversaries of the imaginary created by Akira Toriyama, and where do the demons fit in at this point?

In the current series Super, we have often seen various angels in action who also find a certain hierarchy in their society, and if they continue to be omnipresent in the adventures of Goku and Vegeta, the same cannot be said for demons. Aside from several characters who appeared in the franchise's video games, Dabra is the prime example of a demon from the demonic world who was met during the Majin Buu saga.

As far as we know, the inhabitants of the demonic world have powers closely related to magic, they can transform, become deities, transcendent and rise in rank. Hence there is a hierarchy among the demons as well, at the top of which it stands the dark emperor Mechikabura, able to use a space-time energy.

Despite these similarities to the angels in Dragon Ball cosmology the demons seem much closer to the Kai and the Shinjin, a hypothesis that is also confirmed by the fact that the wicked born of Shinjin are precisely sent into the demonic world. Ultimately, it seems that all demons that have surfaced do not even come close to the level of Whis and the other angels for the time being. What do you think about it? Do you think there will be equally powerful demons in the future? Tell us yours in the comments.
