Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero was a success for Toei Animation. The story of Gohan and Piccolo facing first the two creations of Doctor Hedo and then the dangerous Cell Max intrigued many. That's what Toyotaro and Toriyama decided to bring to the manga as well Dragon Ball great.

The return from the long hiatus marked the arrival of Goten and Trunks with a prequel saga. The two young men had to meet Dr. Confront Hedo as they try to establish themselves as heroes and continue their school and love life. However, the saga with Goten and Trunks ended in Dragon Ball Super 90 seeing that ultimate capture of dr. hedo but he will not stay in prison for long. Meanwhile, however, there are other movements that will lead to the continuation in a new saga.

Dragon Ball Super 91 marks the beginning of the superhero saga. The Red Ribbon, led by Magenta, is on the move and it will take two more heroes to stop it. This time it's Piccolo and Gohan's turn as the two have been completely out of the picture in these three prequel chapters of the film. Toyotaro will therefore focus on adapting and narrating the events of the film and also bringing the new transformations of Orange Piccolo and Gohan Beast into the manga. Consequently, the next few months will be dedicated to the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero saga.

Dragon Ball Super 91 will debut on Manga Plus on March 19th 2023, on a Sunday.
