The number shows a slight decrease compared to the same period last year when 4.8 billion yen was collected. However, the slight decrease is due to the difficult conditions in Japan during these months.
Dragon Ball took first place in several categories, including the value of the license in Japan, the films distributed abroad, and the value of the license abroad. A PIECE always follows in the data, with the franchise born out of Eiichiro Oda's thoughts, in second place for revenue. Meanwhile to the brand of Dragon Ball the expensive statuettes by Vegeta and companions will surely help.
Toei financial results for the first quarter of 2021 (April-June 2020). Dragon Ball is still number one with 4.7 billion yen. This is a slight decrease from the previous year (4.8), but only because sales in Japan have decreased. Outside of Japan, the DB is UP year after year. DB is weird. pic.twitter.com/0dcHqEybsX
