Few souls are able to divide the community as much as they do Dragon Ball GT, the non-canon sequel that unfortunately failed to fully capture the massive audience associated with Akira Toriyama’s masterpiece. Despite this, the series still hides some interesting elements.
Among the most popular novelties, Super Saiyan 4 certainly stands out, the mythical transformation that combines the famous power-up with the Oozaru form. Speaking of which, did you know that Vegeta SSJ4’s design was originally different?
However, from time to time, some backgrounds to work come back in fashion, such as illustrations, sketches, and drafts. For example, in 2019 an article was republished a high-quality leaflet with the spaceship which Goku, Trunks and Pan used on their first adventures. The image in question, which you can find at the bottom of the news, was created by Akira Toriyama and it’s quite detailed with information on the methods of refueling or even the different configurations the spacecraft might adopt depending on the conditions. This is an interesting sketch as we know little background information on the workings of the spaceships introduced by the Sensei throughout history.
