In today’s immense anime and manga panorama, few works have reached the incredible milestone of 1000 chapters or episodes and are still able to capture fans’ interest. One of the most important among them is Detective Conan, who is preparing to return with the animated adaptation of the spin-off Zero’s tea time.
In addition to the arrival of the new film Detective Conan: The Halloween Bride in Japanese cinemas on April 15, 2022, the The story of Rei Furuya will also debut on April 4th, known as the Man of Three Faces for his undercover work within the black organization, where he calls himself by the codename Bourbon. Rei’s triple life as a detective, public security officer, and organization member received an in-depth study with the manga signed and overseen by Takahiro Arai Gosho AoyamaCreator of the Detective Conan universe.
The excellent recording of the first five volumes of the manga, which is still a work in progress, led to the creation of an animated adaptation by the studio TMS Entertainment and what Coming to Netflix in July 2022, three months after its release in Japan.
