The animation studio Ufotable has published five posters of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaibato celebrate the upcoming return of the anime’s first season to television. The posters in question are dedicated to each of the five storylines of Season 1 and two of them are completely original.
The first season of Demon Slayer will return to TV on September 11th in Japan with the episodes of the first saga and then with the Asakusa District (September 12th), the Mission of the Drum House (September 18th), the Arch of Mount Natagumo (September 19) and finally the Hashira training (September 23). Check out the five posters below, including the two unpublished ones.
The first original poster is dedicated to the saga of the Asakusa district and shows the encounter between Tanjiro Kamado and Kibutsuji Muzan, the villain of the story. The second is dedicated to the drum house saga and shows Tanjiro in the foreground with Zenitsu, Inosuke and the demons of Muzan in the background, among which the former Sixth Waning Moon Kyogai stands out.
Season 1 broadcast will end on September 23, and Ufotable recently confirmed that Season 2 of Demon Slayer will be out in October. There’s a good chance the exact release date will be announced soon after the reruns end.
