To date Demon Hunter is one of the most important franchises in Japanese culture, a title that managed to overtake Hayao Miyazaki’s The Enchanted City at the Japanese box office in just two months. It is precisely for this reason that we will hear about Koyoharu Gotouge’s current masterpiece for a long time.

Even the manga recently completed its cycle thanks to the release of Demon Slayer’s latest volume in the first week of December. The story, however, is far from being reconsidered, as the chapters to be adapted by the television colleague are still innumerable. It appears that Ufotable studio has no intention of missing out on a global phenomenon of this magnitude and has already begun to outline plans for the future of the anime.

A few months ago, an insider announced that the second season was in production, but since then the rumors have partially subsided. An indiscretion from the well-known portal of Yahoo Japan about a Alleged new anime project by Demon Slayer already in progress. We don’t know if this information is related to the continuation of TV or a possible new movie as we can expect in the near future. However, we recommend handling these rumors with the necessary precautions pending official confirmation, which we hope will arrive as soon as possible.

However, the words of Yahoo Japan seem to leave no room for further doubt: The anime “Demon Slayer” continues. As for you, what do you think of this pleasant surprise instead? Let us know with a comment below.
