The final episodes of the second season of Demon Hunter have changed the course of things by introducing a new powerful adversary that risks not only causing trouble for the protagonist Tanjiro and his companions, but also for the experienced Pillar of Sound Tengen Uzui or Gyutaro, the dangerous and disturbing older brother by Daki.
After a quick and intense exchange of blows between Hashira and Gyutaro in the closing sequences of the last date, the episode 2×15 focuses entirely on the Battle between the demon slayers and the pair that takes the name of the sixth crescent moon. Tanjiro and Uzui split the duties to take on Gyutaro while Inosuke and Zenitsu try to keep Daki under control on the top of the building.
With Tengen weakened and threatened by poison, and the painful wound on his shoulder, Tanjiro tries in every possible way to protect the pillar and get closer to the opponent. The spectacularity of the fight, praised by fans for the rendering of the animations created by the Ufotable studio, led the challengers into the streets and in the final scenes, Hinatsuru, one of Uzui’s wives, manages to launch them Kunai sprinkled with wisteria extract, useful for slowing down and blocking Gyutaro’s regeneration ability.
As Uzui charges forward to meet him, the demon is surprised by Tanjiro, who in turn advances to attack him. The episode ends during The protagonist’s Nichirin Blade approaches Gyutaro’s neck, a scene also made exciting by the great soundtrack that left many spectators speechless, as you can also see in the post reported below.
