It was reported that within a week of its release in Japan, the Blu-ray / DVD version of the film adaptation of the spin-off novels by Yuichiro Higashide Under observation of Koushi Tachibana and illustrated by NOCO, Date of a living fragment: Date of a sphere, accumulated 2,492 copies sold.
This package was released in Japan on March 24th and contains the two parts of the animation project. The limited Blu-ray version (including a scale number) costs 27,500 yen (about $ 264 USD) and the Standard Edition Blu-ray version is priced at 7,700 yen (about $ 74), with both collected 2,256 copies sold in the reporting period. The DVD version is priced at 6,600 yen (about $ 63) and A total of 236 copies were sold.
The project consisted of two films, the first of which was titled Date A Bullet: Dead or Bullet was released in Japanese theaters on August 14, while the second title Date A Bullet: Nightmare or Queen Premiere on November 13th. On the other hand, light novels are published through the publisher’s label Fantasy bunko from the publisher Fujimi Shobo and should end soon with their eighth volume.
