“Personally, I’d love to continue working with Japanese studios to produce more anime in the future, partly because we’ve had great feedback. However, to be clear, Cyberpunk Edgerunners was founded as an independent entity, so I’m not going to say anything about how we actually do it. We’re working behind the scenes on season 2. Even though we do more anime in the future, I don’t know if there would be a second season or something completely new.”
