Berserk is a violent and bloodthirsty manga that has become the iconic dark fantasy manga. Despite his death, Miura’s work will remain in the memory of all readers for decades to come. In fact, his style has become legendary, with each board drawn making his line recognizable. As would apply to Chainsaw Man?
Fan and designer NesRamPor, aka Rochaku, who has been posting several drawings on Reddit over the past few weeks, has had concerns. He himself had suggested The Attack of the Giants by Kentaro Miura in one of his fan arts, and now he’s doing an encore in which he realizes the clash between the chainsaw man and the devil bat chainsaw man.
The clash, which was also the focus of a recent episode of the Studio MAPPA anime, partially resumes that drawn by Tatsuki Fujimoto in the manga. Except that instead of showing a table with the protagonist in profile, NesRamPor prepared the poor Bat Devil’s frontal vivisection by giving a Bloodthirsty chainsaw man like in Berserk in this ode to blood and brutality that emerges from the chiaroscuro used in this fan art.
