On the official Twitter account for the original anime by Aniplex, Yuuhodou and studying EYE FILMS, Build Divide: Code Black, it was announced that the project will have a second season. This sequel bears the title Build Divide: #FFFFFF Code White and will be released in April 2022.
The platforms are expected to be like the first season Crispy roll Yes Funimation You could take care of spreading this sequel to the west.
It’s worth noting that this second season has been announced since the animated project was unveiled by Aniplex, but its details are only now being revealed.

- Yuu Serizawa like Kikka, who has a strange bond with Teruhito.
- Aoi Koga as Hiyori Tori who works in Build Divide to change her impoverished life.
- Yuuto Uemura as Teruhito Kurabe, the protagonist.

- Yuki Komada (Killing Bites, Blade of the Immortal 2019) is responsible for directing the anime in the studios EYE FILMS.
- Yoriko Tomita (As Miss Beelzebub likes Osamake: Romcom where childhood friend won’t lose) is responsible for writing and monitoring the scripts.
- Shinpei Tomooka (Inukami !, Sekirei, Trinity Seven) is responsible for character design.
- The band EGOIST plays the opening song entitled “BANG !!!” during MEMAI SIREN plays the final song entitled “Fukagyaku-teki na Inochi no Shouzou”.
Build Divide: Code Black Synopsis
In New Kyoto, a city ruled by the “King”, the value in the collectible card game Build Divide is determined by one’s own strength. Rumors circulate about New Kyoto and its king. “If you defeat the king in Build Divide, every wish will be granted.” And in order to challenge the king, one has to participate in the TCG battle called Rebuild and the “key” has to be completed. Everyone has a wish that they were happy to have fulfilled. Teruto Kurabe, a boy who vows to destroy the king, and Sakura Banka, the mysterious girl who leads him, join the battle of rebuilding. With New Kyoto as the setting, the curtain rises and the battle for Teruto and his friends begins!
