A new video follower for the new original animated film by WIT study and Netflix, bladder, was published on the official website of the project. The video features a clip of the ending, titled “Jaa ne, Mata ne” (See You, Catch You Later), performed by the singer Ririawho also plays the protagonist Uta.
The film is scheduled to be released on April 28 in the platform’s global cataloguefollowed by a theatrical release in Japan on May 13, 2022. Here’s the other great bubble trailer.
Takeshi Obata (death noticeBakuman, Platinum End, Hikaru no Go) is responsible for character design. Hiroyuki Sawano (attack on TitanThe Seven Deadly Sins, Blue Exorcist, Kill la Kill) handles the composition of the soundtrack.
Among the voice actors we find Jun Shison, Mamoru Miyano (Voicer of a Future Crescent from Demon Slayer), Yuuki Kaji, Tasuku Hatanaka, Sayaka Senbongi, Marina Inoue, Shinichiro Miki and Alice Hirose. While Tetsuro Araki (death notice, attack on Titan, Highschool of the Dead, Guilty Crown) directs the film at WIT Studio. Gen Urobuchi (Psycho-Pass, Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Fate/Zero, Aldnoah.Zero) wrote and supervised the script.
The story plays in Tokyoafter Bubbles rained down on the ground, lifting of gravity. Sealed off from the outside world, Tokyo has become the battlefield for a group of young people who have lost their families and compete in parkour teams, jumping from building to building.
