It seems like yesterday when a new adventure in Leaf Village began, but the anime adaptation of Boruto: Naruto the next generations his fifth candle goes out today. The series, produced by Studio Pierrot, actually premiered on April 5, 2017 on TV Tokyo.
The adaptation of Masashi Kishimoto’s manga sequel celebrates its fifth anniversary. Five years, for a total of 243 episodes aired so far, in which numerous significant events have occurred. The Boruto anime started slowly introducing the different protagonists of the new generation who are still busy with the ninja academy. So we met them new team 7consisting of Boruto, the son of Naruto and Hinata, Sarada, the daughter of Sasuke and Sakura, and the mysterious Mitsuki, who was later discovered to be the son of Orochimaru.

2 years ago today we also got Boruto Ep151 which not only debuted Boruto’s Karma but also debuted KARA in the episode and OP7 both of which aired on April 5th!!
