Boruto: Naruto the next generations is the direct sequel to Naruto and therefore tries to get as far away as possible from this ninja who made Masashi Kishimoto's masterpiece great. In the last few chapters, the Hokage made a drastic decision that could cost them a lot.

Boruto Chapter 55 will be released next February and only then will it be clarified Naruto's current physical condition. The seventh Hokage, in order to counteract Isshiki, had to use the baryon mode, a technique that uses his chakra as a source of energy along with kuramas, with unpredictable results. In a way, it's the same Principle of nuclear fusion where our sun comes from.

In the fight against Momoshiki, Naruto was almost helpless because he could not even get up after using the Baryon mode. Kurama had warned him the consequences could be as severe as this Risk of losing your life. The tables show that the Hokage survived anyway, but we're sure the overall price to pay will be high. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that Naruto or possibly Kurama was somehow invalidated with grave consequences for the use of the chakra. In the worst case, it could also fall into a coma and be out of play for some time. This would also be an excuse to push ahead with the long-awaited leap in time, which, according to the designer, is not so missing.

Do you think this battle took the strength of its Hokage away from Konoha? As always, let us know your thoughts in the section devoted to comments.
