In addition to important novelties such as Spy x Family and Chainsaw Man, 2022 was also full of important returns in the field of animation, with the Final season of Attack on Titan, and the long-awaited debut of the final saga of Ichigo Kurosaki’s story. Despite all the licensing issues that have hit our country, Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War appears to have been depopulated in the rest of western countries, especially in the United States.
Leaving aside the speech tied purely to the popularity of Kubo’s work, however, it was the quality of the Pierrot studio’s production that, as you can see from the ranking reported in the post below, the series achieved an exceptional 9.14 out of 10 on MyAnimeList. To better understand the production value, just consider that the second part of Attack on Titan’s Final Season was only fifth in the rankings, while Demon Slayer and Chainsaw Man finished fourth and ninth, respectively.
