The beginning of Bleach: Thousand Years of Blood War it turns out to be more intense than expected. First, the declaration of war on the Shinigami, followed by the Quincys’ invasion of Soul Society, forced Ichigo and his companions to act quickly to counter the terrible threat posed by Yhwachs’s creations.

The rapid appearance of Boars, who was then brutally killed by Her Majesty, showed Ichigo what the new antagonists are truly capable of. The Quincys actually seem to have one device to eliminate the Shinigami Bankai. But it’s not just this detail that makes Quincy the perfect villain for the final Bleach saga.

L’strategic organization with which Yhwach traded, which first invaded Hueco Mundo, sowing destruction and then the Soul Society, has actually forced the Shinigami to work with the Arrancars, their old enemies, to face such a still mysterious but already very powerful force. To this level of danger must be added the Members of the Wandenreichthe chosen one of Yhwach, the star knight whose entry we saw in the third episode.

Finally, another reason why the Quincys are particularly interesting as antagonists is the question of the character of Uryu Ishida. Ishida, a classmate of Ichigo, Orihime, and Sado, is one of the Quincys, and faced with this harsh reality, she must make fundamental life decisions to show where her allegiances lie.

The Quincys have therefore brought a number of majors with them Developments in Ichigo’s life as well as in Soul Society, revealing only part of their extraordinary power and incredible abilities of Yhwach. What do you think about it? Do you agree with what has been said? Tell us in the comments.
