The Black Clover movie was announced over a year ago. Although several months have passed, information about the feature film is scarce. The situation could be about to change, with promising news from Weekly Shonen Jump.
Therefore, the Black Clover news promised by Shonen Jump concerns the anime film and not the TV series. This, stopped since March 2021, doesn’t appear to be back any time soon. Serialization of the Tabata manga has started again, bringing Asta and the others to the marketfinal storylinebut the Black Clover anime won’t return until 2024 once the movie is released.
Coming back to the film, we know next to nothing about it. In fact, it has not been announced whether the storyline will remain unreleased or resume a specific part of the manga, much less the staff and cast at work. One hypothesis is that theAnime film adapts raid arc in Kingdom of Swords, to then start the anime series towards the grand finale. In a few days, however, the situation will change, with Weekly Shonen Jump, which will release more details about the film by Black Clover very soon, within a week.
