The official site for the animated TV adaptation of the manga Ao Aschi by Yūgo Kobayashi released the first video trailer of the series, which also revealed other cast members and the singers of the theme songs. The anime Ao Ashi was announced in May last year.
the new cast additions These include: Kazuyuki Okitsu as Kenta Yoshitsune, Mikako Komatsu as Aoi Kaneko, Mie Sonozaki as Noriko Aoi, and Yoshiki Nakajima as Shun Aoi. Alexandros will perform the opening “Mushin Hakusū” (Innocent Beat Count) while Rinne will perform the opening “Blue Diary”.
The anime will debut on April 9th on the NHK educational channel airs Saturdays at 6:25 p.m. The previously announced cast included:

Akira Sato (Release the Spyce) directs the anime Production IG. Masahiro Yokotani (Free! – Iwatobi Swim Club, All Out!!, Tropical-Rouge! Precure) is in charge of scripting the series. Manabu Nakatake, Toshie Kawamura, Asuka Yamaguchi, and Saki Hasegawa will all be credited for character design, with Natake and Yamaguchi also credited as animation directors.
Naho Seike, Yukiko Watabe, Miho Daidouji, and Eisuke Shirai are credited as sub-character designers. Kenichi Takeshita, Jun Soga and Kenji Iizuka will be held in charge of monitoring football content. Masaru Yokoyama is responsible for the musical part.
The manga is all about Ashito Aoi, a third-year middle school student living in Ehime Prefecture. Ashito has strong soccer talent but tries to hide it. Because of his very expressive personality causes a disaster that is a major setback for him. After that, Tatsuya Fukuya – a veteran of J-Club Tokyo City’s strong Esperion team and coach of the club’s youth team – appears in front of Ashito. Tatsuya sees his talent in Ashito and invites him to join Audition for the Tokyo youth team.
