A press release confirmed that the manga was written and illustrated Madoka Kashihara, 4-nin wa Sorezore Uso wo Tsuku (Four people and their respective lies), will have an anime adaptation. The press release added that the premiere is scheduled for this year in Japan across the programming block ANIMATE!!! from ABC TV, TV Asahi and other stations.
Production details will be announced shortly.
Kashihara began publishing the manga through the magazine Weekly ShΕnen Magazine from the publisher Kodansha in April 2020. Work was indefinitely suspended in August 2021 while the publisher released the first omnibus volume in December 2020, followed by the second on April 7 in Japan.
