Volume 100 of ONE PIECE is finally available in Japan, and to celebrate yet another milestone exceeded by Eiichiro Oda’s manga and the upcoming release of episode 1000 of the anime, the work’s official website has has released a moving festival video with the music of RADWIMPS (Your Name, Weathering With You).
The video in question, attached at the beginning of the article, promotes new RADWIMPS track “Twilight”which was specially created by ONE PIECE for the We Are One project. In case you didn’t follow the initiative, We Are One is the title of a five-part web series published on the ONE PIECE YouTube channel, which tells five stories of people who solve their everyday difficulties thanks to the teachings of Oda’s manga.
RADWIMPS composed the soundtrack, now the music video with clips from the anime and live action web series is finally available. Needless to say the video received two million views in just a few days, with thousands of fans excitedly commenting and explaining how much this great work meant to them.
ONE PIECE is slowly approaching the finale, and this great video is a great way to remember how many people grew up with Eiichiro Oda’s masterpiece series, one of the most influential writers of all time.
