Adventure in a Post-Apocalyptic World
The story follows two girls who, after the end of civilization as we know it, decide to tour Japan by motorcycle. More than merely surviving, they want to enjoy the scenery, uncover remnants of the past, and share each other’s company in an empty world.
A blend of slice of life and science fiction, the series promises a melancholic yet hopeful tone. It explores themes such as attachment, loss, and humanity’s ability to find meaning even in dark times.
Shuumatsu Touring originally began serialization in Dengeki Maoh in 2020. To date, it has seven collected volumes, reflecting its growing popularity both in Japan and abroad.
