The conclusion of the Wano arc presented the readers with the general situation in which the New World finds itself. From passionate rebellions spreading quickly thanks to the celebrated Emperor of Flames, to forming a new, dangerous alliance, Eiichiro Oda seems to have taken decisive steps towards the finale of ONE PIECE.
In the final tables of Chapter 1056, available on the website and MangaPlus application, Luffy, Law, and Kidd have gathered to discuss the direction to take from the shores of Wano. Eventually, during the conversation, Kidd unveils a manifesto to his rivals: It is this cross guild founded by the new emperor buggyand two other former members of the Fleet of Seven, Crocodile and Mihawk.
The Cross Guild is, at least according to the information leaked so far, a putting-focused company Bounties on naval heads. It’s not yet clear if this is the origin of a new form of the Fleet of Seven, but Buggy has once again managed to wreak havoc, this time putting the Navy itself at the center of this confusion, attacked from multiple fronts and by rebellions in expansion.
