Summary of Reborn as a Vending Machine
A slots fanatic meets his death when he is ironically crushed by a slot machine. Unfortunately for him, he is reborn in a vending machine in another world. After reappearing in a forest inhabited by combat swimmers and other monsters, and with only two products, the Boxxo Vending Machine requires coins to be filled, fed, and upgraded with new abilities.
Luckily, the automaton is rescued by a young woman who quickly realizes he is sentient and takes him to a human settlement. From there, the strange piece of machinery carves a niche in the world around it, making numerous allies along the way, though completely unable to speak or move, communicating only by playing pre-recorded phrases from the vending machine.
