On the official Twitter account of the anime adaptation of the manga My dress up favorite (I am Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru) several illustrations were shared to celebrate the airing of the eighth episode of the anime. As usual, the first was made by Jun Yamazakianimation director of the series.
The second illustration was made by Yusuke Yamamotowho helped animate the episode. Other illustrations became popular in the last week, like that of SAIPACo. (@saipaco), Nuda (@Nudagan), @wakikamaboko, Hong (@HongBsWs), @deca_purio, Hong (@HongBsWs), OHLAND (@OHLAND2733), @canvas2929), Demahmw (@hmw59750476), and miznon (@mizonomao) .
The series will begin airing January 8 and is confirmed for twelve episodes. The Crunchyroll and Funimation platforms were added just yesterday and are taking over the distribution of the series in the West. Fukuda has been publishing the manga in Square Enix’s Young Gangan magazine since January 2018. The publisher released the seventh volume of the collection in April 2021, followed by the eighth on October 25 in Japan.
In anime production we find staff Keisuke Shinohara (A3! Season Spring & Summer, Black Fox, Little Witch Academia) to direct the anime CloverWorks Studios. Yoriko Tomita (Beelzebub-jou no Okinimesu mama, Build Divide: Code Black, Osanananajimi ga Zettai ni Makenai Love Comedy), who writes and supervises the scripts.
Kazumasa Ishida (Kiznaiver, Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend) is responsible for character design. Takeshi Nakatsuka (Augmented Reality Girls Trinary, Brothers Conflict, Magical Girl Ore) is composing the soundtrack.
