After following the route of the manga, the anime of Boruto: Naruto the next generations ventures into a completely original story arc. To restore strength in the field, the Five Kage organize a new Chunin trial in this saga. What tests will the new ninja generation face?
After temporarily defeating the Otsutsuki threat and discovering the existence of a new one, deadly danger, the protagonists of the work take a moment to reflect. Before moving on to the main story, the anime series takes a crossroad from the manga and awakens second Chunin selection test.
