This first part of My Hero Academia 5 takes viewers to witness the incredible growth of Yuei High School students. Through joint training, the budding heroes had the opportunity to present themselves and to distinguish themselves through tactical acumen or new incredible skills.
The joint test between the two sections of the first year of UA High School continues in the fifth episode of the fifth season of My Hero Academia. This time To shine, we find Tokyoyami, which unleashes a brand new skill learned from tutoring at Hawks’ agency, Hero Number Two.
During the second battle of the Test, which also includes Yaoyorozu, Hagakure, and Aoyama in Section 1-A, Tokoyami confronts what might be considered his natural enemy, the young hero of Class 1-B Vantablack. Indeed, Shihai has a quirk that enables it to “live” in the shadows, the very shadows that give Dark Shadow life and strength.
During the fight, however, Tokoyami uses what he’s learned so far and pushes his way towards “Plus Ultra” by releasing an incredible new quirk, the Fallen Black Angel. This ability enables the Dark Shadow to cling to its body like a cloak to do so floating in the air and let it fly.
While he has not yet been able to make the most of this formidable skill learned thanks to Hawks’ words, Tokoyami certainly has a bright future in front of him. What do you think of his quirks? In the meantime, let’s leave our review of My Hero Academia 5×05 to you. We discover the connection between Tokoyami and Hawks in My Hero Academia 5.
