After the excellent work with We never learn in 2019 and the bracket Monster Girl Doctor In 2020 animation studio Arvo Animation is ready to return with a new adaptation in the course of 2021, this time from the light novel series Tsuki to Laika to Nosferatu (The moon, Laika and the blood-sucking princess) by Keisuke Makino and Karei.
For those unfamiliar with the job, Tsuki to Laika to Nosferatu is a science fiction novel that will be in the serialization process as of December 20, 2016, the publication date of the first of the six available volumes. The series received good feedback in Japan, where a manga adaptation was later confirmed that was released on Kodansha’s Comic Days and is currently being suspended due to artist Sojihogu’s health problems.
The anime directed by Akitoshi Yokoyama (Cutie Honey Universe, Photo Kano) and written by the same author Keisuke Makino, will debut in Japan later in 2021. The summary is as follows: “After a ten year war, the world is controlled by the Union of Zirnitra in the east and the Kingdom of Arnak in the west. The two superpowers compete with each other in all areas and both want control of the space. The story tells the adventure of the astronaut candidate Lev Leps and his partner, the vampire Irina Ruminescu. The Union of Zirnitra intends to use the girl as a guinea pig to test the conditions of persistence in space. While the two nations are at war, the two now distant protagonists take the opportunity to get to know each other better“.
