In this year's ninth edition of the magazine Young champion from the publisher Akita ShotenThe manga has been announced to be written and illustrated by Santa Inoue, Tokyo Tribe Waruwill end in the next issue of the magazine on September 1st.
Inoue started publishing the manga in Akita Shoten's Young Champion magazine in July 2015. The publisher published the third compilation volume in November 2019 and will publish the fourth and last one on September 17.
Inoue also published the original manga Tokyo Tribe in the magazine blessing from the publisher Shodensha between 1997 and 2005 with a total of twelve published volumes. The work inspired a thirteen-episode anime adaptation produced by the studios. Madhouseunder the guidance and scripts of Tetsuo SatouA live action film was also produced and released in August 2014.
Synopsis of the Tokyo Tribe Waru
The story takes place after the events of the original Tokyo Tribe manga and focuses on the band Shibuya Waru, the successor to the old Shibuya Saru.
