the Association of Japanese Magazine Publishers (JMPA) revealed that the number of printed copies of the magazine Weekly shonen jump from the publisher Shueisha fell to 1,371,818 copies in the period July to September 2021. The decline continues the steady decline in circulation that the magazine has suffered for at least the last eight years, approaching half the number from January to March 2014, which rose to 2,715,834 copies.

The outstanding specimens of the Weekly shonen jump it fell below two million to 1,915,000 copies in 2017. It then fell below 1.6 million to 1,572,833 copies in January-March 2020 and then below 1.5 million to 1,475,000 in October-December 2020.
Weekly Shonen Jump is the best-selling manga magazine in the world and one of the longest-running in the history of the industry, with the first issue on August 1, 1968. The magazine’s manga series, aimed at young and male readers, often contain many action scenes and a whole lot of comedy. The chapters of the series appearing in the magazine are published in anthologies under the seal “Jump comics“Every two or three months.
