The next chapter of Rent a Girlfriend will stage important developments in the relationship between the protagonist Kazuya and the perfect girlfriend Chizuru Mizuhara, as the editor of the manga revealed a few hours ago. The series is therefore expected to peakand it is possible that the final story arc will begin soon.
In particular, the publisher has stated that Chapter 180, due out next week, will be “central to the development of the story” it will also be one of the most important of all. Author Reiji Miyajima has never explicitly spoken about the longevity of his work, but with 19 volumes published and a twentieth to be published, it’s finally time to peak.
The final chapters of the series showed Kazuya’s determination to become more and more comfortable with Mizuhara while being confused by the girl’s feelings. Chapter 180 entitled “Determination”, should shake up history, has been severely criticized by a large part of the fan base for several months.
We remind you that Rent a Girlfriend is now available in Italy thanks to J-Pop Manga and that the second season of the anime will be released in 2022. The first 12 episodes have implemented the events in the first 6 volumes of the paper work and are legally visible on Crunchyroll.
