Recording of Ragnarok is a Japanese manga and anime that tells the story of a conflict between the gods and humanity set in a tournament called Ragnarok. In this case, the gods must choose their representatives to face the humans in an epic battle that will decide the fate of humanity.
Between Deities appearing in the Chronicles of Ragnarok There are some of the most well-known figures from Norse, Greek, Egyptian, Hindu and other mythology. The gods present themselves as powerful and fascinating entities, each with their own personality and fighting style. Standing out among them are names like Thor, Zeus, Poseidon, and Shiva, all willing to fight to demonstrate the superiority of their pantheons.
One of the more interesting deities in Record of Ragnarok is Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love and beauty. In the series, Aphrodite is portrayed as a sensual and narcissistic character who takes pride in her looks and popularity with both gods and humans. Aphrodite is not a very experienced fighter as she mostly watches the challenges of the tournament and uses her beauty and charm to manipulate others.
Interpretations of the divine Greek character are also back with the second season of Record of Ragnarok available on Netflix. Sinai offers this to the public Aphrodite cosplay with exaggerated forms, as outlined in the series by Ajichika, Fukui Takumi, and Shinya Umemura. And there will still be room for them as the final episodes of Record of Ragnarok are due out in 2023.
