1979 saw the first cartoon series by Gundam. It was the start of a franchise that would become very popular in the future and there is even a strange cosplay as evidence of this. Let’s see it together.

The birthplace of work and the entire brand was Yoshiyuki Tomino and the Sunrise Studio, who told the adventures of in the anime Amuro Ray a civilian who became the main pilot of the Gundam mobile suit, the most powerful weapon in the Earth Federation. The boy and other inhabitants of one of the colonies in space embarked on a journey to Earth to survive the attack by the Principality of Zeon.

The numerous robots featured in the various series are one of the main reasons for the success of the frachise, but the most famous remains the Model RX-78 what can be seen in life size and in motion in the city Yokohama, the same Gundam that was the subject of some great footage recently.

Even a cosplayer wanted to pay homage to the famous mecha by dressing it in a very specific situation. As we can see in the video shown at the end of this message, the interpretation is actually performed on one Snowboard. By sliding on the snow, the robot also turns its weapon: the Gundam Hammer.

What do you think of this cosplay? Let us know with a comment.

Finally, I remember that a new animated series is planned for Gundam in 2021.
