On the official page for the animated manga adaptation Yuukoku no Moriarty ((Moriarty the Patriot) A new promotional video has been released for the second half of the project. This second part will contain the twelfth to twenty-fourth episode and is due to premiere this April.

On the other hand, the first part covered the first to eleventh episodes and premiered in Japan on October 11th. After all, Ryousuke Takeuchi and Hikaru Miyoshi began to publish the manga in the magazine Jump SQ from the publisher Shueisha in August 2016.

  • Gou Zappa ((Ahiru no Sora, Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai) and Taku Kishimoto ((Boku dake ga Inai Machi, Fugou Keiji: Balance: Unlimited) are responsible for writing and monitoring the scripts.

Yuukoku no Moriarty Synopsis

The protagonist of the story is James Moriarty, the famous antagonist from the Sherlock Holmes series by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. In the manga, he is an orphan who takes the name William James Moriarty when he and his younger brother join the Moriarty family. As an adult, he seeks to eliminate the evils caused by England's strict class system.
