After months of waiting for new details and even the smallest information about the new series from Hiromu Arakawa, Mangaka, best known for creating the extraordinary universe of Fullmetal Alchemist, the first official cover has finally been published online, the release date the first chapter.
Along with the illustration you can see in the @ SugoiLITE post at the bottom of the news, it has been confirmed that the serialization of Yomi no Tsugai starts on December 10, 2021, in the 1/2022 issue of the monthly Shonen magazine, published by Kodansha. In addition to the implicit statement that it is a series on a monthly basis, the information shown in the picture revealed some important details about the plot and the setting.
As expected from the first sketches and drawings, the story takes place in a setting that is very reminiscent of the Feudal Japan will be shaped by elements typical of the fantasy genre.
