The anime ONE PIECE has been on the air for years, with very few stops lasting up to a week or two due to special events such as marathons, holidays and other activities of this nature. In recent years, however, there have been various problems that have led to unexpected and much longer interruptions.
In fact, everyone will remember this spring of 2020 when Covid-19 also made itself felt in Japan and caused a shift in the schedule of many souls, including ONE PIECE. However, this year, due to a hack, a similar event is happening only for Toei animated titles. This forced the company to revise the schedule, leading to the retransmission of old episodes. ONE PIECE also suffered the same fate as Dragon Quest and other animeswith last year’s episodes re-broadcast waiting for us to get back to our usual routine soon.
When the ONE PIECE anime returns? There is currently no exact information as the hack appears to have caused massive damage and will take some time to fix. Difficult, as things stand, for ONE PIECE to come back before May, as will the other souls. A longer stop would instead lead to very big problems for brands, so it is possible that everything will be solved within a month.
All that remains is Wait for official information from Toei Animationwhich also has to revise the release date of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero.
