Many rumors have surfaced in the past few days about an anime related to Four Knights of Apocalypse, a project that continues the story of Britannia by Nakaba Suzuki. The continuation of The seven deadly sins However, it isn't the epicenter of what turns into anime on Netflix.

Following the rumors surrounding the Four Knights of Apocalypse films in recent days, Netflix has revealed information about the upcoming new project. The leaked anime is actually a two-part film and will focus on Edinburgh and will have Tristan, the son of Meliodas and Elizabeth, as its protagonist. The film bears the title The Seven Deadly Sins: Edinburgh Grudges (Nanatsu no Taizai: Ensa no Edinburgh) and will therefore be part of the previous saga rather than Four Knights of Apocalypse, while acting as a bridge for the two stories.

Netflix released the Trailer for the first film from The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh where you can see a realization in 3DCG. The story was prepared by Mangaka Nakaba Suzuki, directed by Bob Shirahata, Noriyuki Abe supervised the project, Rintarou Ikeda wrote the script, while the animation was entrusted to Alfred Imageworks and Marvy Jack studios. Netflix has confirmed that The Seven Deadly Sins films will both be released in 2022, but the dates have not yet been set.
