The series The Promised Neverland has been the focus of numerous discussions, mainly due to the anime’s second season, which is notable for the lack of important events and details and is present in the original work by Shirai and Demizu, who will return with a new story to mark the fifth anniversary of Emma, Norman and Ray.

It was August 1, 2016 when the guys from GraceField House made their debut on the Weekly Shonen Jump pages and immediately impressed many readers. Five years later, sales of the manga are staggering, given the 32 million copies sold worldwide, and the 6 million copies will only be printed from January to April 2021. An incredible achievement that Kaiu Shirai and Demizu Posuka automatically counted among the most promising manga couples.

The two authors will return to talk about her soon thanks to the publication of a one-shot story in the 35th issue of Shonen Jump magazine, as stated in the post at the bottom of the page. The initiative was born to celebrate the series’ fifth anniversary, however it was not specified whether specified the story titled DC3, is it somehow associated with The Promised Neverland, or instead becomes a completely new work and detached from this universe.

Keep in mind that Grace Field House was recreated in an exhibition dedicated to the series, and we’ll leave you with our review of the manga The Promised Neverland.
