On the official website of the studios’ upcoming original animated film Madhouse, Goodbye DonGlees!, a new special promo video has been released in collaboration with the original anime universe Sora yori mo Tooi Basho (A place further than the universe) In the video, the four protagonists of the series comment on the progress of this next feature film.
The press release also revealed a special promotional image for the collaboration between the two projects. The film is scheduled to premiere in Japan in 2022.

Synopsis of Goodbye, DonGlees!
The film describes the miraculous encounter of the “DonGlees” gang. At the end of an adventure with friends that began during an unusual summer vacation, the boys arrive in Iceland, the land of flames and ice. What “treasure” have the boys found by looking at themselves and transcending the world …!
