The publication of Chapter 139 ofAttack of the giants This marked the end of an era for all avid readers of Hajime Isayama’s works as well as the manga sector, as happened in June 2010 when the epilogue of Fullmetal Alchemist was published on the pages of Monthly SHonen Gangan, that of Hiromu Arakawa was created.

In spite of the story of Ed and Al Elric actually has few elements in common with the tragic adventure of the reconnaissance army that both authors wanted to tackle extremely sensitive topics in their respective serieswith different tones and more or less superficial reflections on certain aspects, which makes them real masterpieces as a whole.

Fortunately for the community dedicated to Isayama’s work, the animated rendition, first created by Studio Wit and now in the hands of MAPPA, is very true to the original, in contrast to the first adaptation by Fullmetal Alchemist, published in 2003, which developed a completely original story by depicting the events of the manga in only the first few episodes. While the works in question are very different from one another, there will be one on the pages of the June 9th issue of Bessatsu Shonen Magazine an interview in which both exchange opinions and questions about the created worlds, an opportunity that could lead to interesting revelations and details that the community may have missed.

Recall that Volume 34 of The Giants’ Assault will have additional tables, and we leave the meaning of the bird figure in Isayama’s work.
